• This process can take as long as needed so we can develop the ideas to suit you.

• Preliminary estimates for construction costs will be provided. We always aim to keep you on budget

3. Ready

• Once the design is finalised, construction plans are drawn.

• All documentation is made ready for approval.

• Plans can be approved ready for construction.

• We will give you a fixed price for the construction stage, with a clear list of what is included and what is allowed for in the price.

• if you are ready to proceed, we move to our next stage.

4. Construction

• The hard work is done, now let the team create your new home.

• We provide a construction schedule with the several stages of work.

• Our expert team will manage the experienced subcontractors/workers, who will help build your dream home.

• We communicate with you during the stages of construction to keep you up to date and informed.
